Louisiana Court Is Tough on Pipeline Construction Violations

Construction of the Bayou Bridge crude oil pipeline in Louisiana violated landowner due process when 90% of the $750-million project, finished last year, was built before it had approvals to enter property, a state appeals court ruled July 15.
